about me
hey everyone. my name is ell. i am 24 and i live in illinois. im making this site to share my thoughts and feelings and eventually use it as an obituary type thing. i dont want to give out a lot of personal information on here so i will be abbreviating peoples names or any other type of thing.
i play in a skate punk band called 'lb'. its really fun and it's one of the few things i enjoy. i write the songs, play guitar and sing, and play drums on the recordings. i do almost everything for the band. i have a partner who is in it as well, she helps out with it and sings and plays bass. i have been dating my partner 'mm' for about 5 years and it has been good for the most part. lately we have lots a problems which i will most likely be writing about in my journal a lot. she broke up with me in february of 2023.we live together currently. we lived together for 3 years but recently we both moved back in with our respective parents.
i recently graduated college and my degree is in music. i have a job where i teach drums and guitar. i am currently on a sad search for a full-time job. i like music a lot and it is probably my favorite thing. i like a lot of types of music but at the same time i have a very specific taste. visit my music page to see what i mean. one of my hobbies is collecting records. i used to go record shopping a lot with my friend 'ac' but now i dont live near him so i just shop online or go the the record store alone.
besides music, one of my other hobbies is playing videos games. i like rpgs, survival games, platformers, co op games, and anything that is nintendo. some of my favorite games are: earthbound, minecraft, the forest, chrono trigger, mario 3, botw, crosscode, the long dark, pokemon (go), stardew valley, and secret of mana. i like to play alone but i also really like playing with friends. one of my best friends is 'rj' and we have been friends since the beginning of high school and weve played video games together for many years.
i have pet mouse named blenderhead and hes cute. my family has two dogs named duncan and willy and they are extra cute.
